The Election Justice Foundation is non-partisan, Texas based 501(c)(3) organization focused on election education, election fraud prevention, common sense voter legislation,
and election fraud prosecution. 

Election Fraud is Real

Despite media assertions of election fraud does not exist or has no impact, we have over 1,400 recent election fraud convictions in the United States in approximately the last 6 primary elections. The equates to almost one convicted case of election fraud, every day of the voting period, in every primary for over 20 years! Since election fraud has been historically difficult to prevent, identify and prosecute, this is a fraction of the fraud which occurs in every election. 

 

Every instance of election fraud steals the legitimate voice of an American citizen where non-eligible voters, zealots, criminals and corrupt politicians illegally put their interests above others in local, state and national elections.  By all measures and consqeuquences, we have an election fraud issue despite what the media is programmed to tell us.

 

It is time we restore the powerful voice of every American citizen at the ballot box, no matter who they vote for, because legal voting is the very foundation of our democracy hence the reason election fraud is a serious federal crime in section 52 U.S. Code § 205.

How the EJF Works

American citizens hold the voting and monetary power but have largely relied on elected officials to self-enforce.  That ends now. The EJF harnesses the power of American citizens to to help insure elections are fair and accurate as well as District Attorneys, Judges, Mayors and Governors uphold their oaths to perform their elected duties. 

 

Stopping Election Fraud

 

There are numerous current convictions for all of these election fraud crimes :

• Family voting for a deceased relative
• People voting in multiple counties or states
• Illegal ballot harveting
• Ballot box stuffing
• Ringing up the ballot machines
• Delayed or lost ballots
• Compensation for votes
• Un-eligible voters like non-citizens or those on parole

 

Despite over 1,400 convictions, this is a fraction of the fraud which occurs.  We tackle election fraud with a multi-prong effort.

 

Educated Prevention

We start with education to insure people know their voting rights and which activities are illegal with the hope of prevention and honest elections that represent the majority of American citizens. 

 

Legal Prevention 

• Working with representatives nationwide to get common-sense voting laws implemented while protecting the voting rights insuring every citizen's voice is heard.  It can be as simple as applying the same requirements that currently exist for US Citizens getting a job, cashing a check, receiving welfare benefits, getting a library card, seeing a doctor, traveling on a plane, train or cruise ship, applying for a loan or college admission, visiting Canada or Mexico or buying a gun or gaining entrance to a political primary rally. 
• We can further help prevent election fraud through better voter role maintenance nationwide which is starting to improve.  We saw success in Nevada with over 100,000 invalid people removed from their voter rolls in 2024 alone!
• Mail in ballots are beneficial for some but it needs to be overhauled to insure every citizen gets their one vote and one vote only.  We have better tracking our online shopping, mail, government checks and jury summons than our sacred mail in ballots.
• Further, we expect federal crimes which undermine the foundation of our democracy to be prosecuted fully resulting in meaningful prison sentences and deportations to send a clear message that the American elections are sacred and feriously protected. 

 

Legal Pursuit of Election Fraud

When education and prevention are not enough, we use a common sense approach to identify election fraud and build strong cases that lead to convictions all while protecting lawful citizens voting rights.  

 

Our approach is simple and promises to be HIGHLY EFFECTIVE.  We reward those who report election crimes which lead to an indictment.  Incentivizing people to do the right thing will help bring a peaceful end to people commiting federal election crimes. The EJF uses donations to create create lucrative rewards guaranteed to bring qualified whistleblowers forward with incriminating evidence against those engaged in election fraud.  The bigger the rewards we can offer, the more convictions. The more success we have convicting for election fraud, the more national publicity we get and deterrent we create.
