The Election Justice Foundation is non-partisan, Texas based 501(c)(3) organization focused on election education, fraud prevention, legislation, fraud prosecution and elected accountability.
Identifying and prosecuting election fraud has been historially difficult. Those who advocate for more open elections use the difficulty to tell a narrative it is rare but it takes little effrot to find over a thousand convicitions in the last 24 years, each one stealing one to thousands of votes from others and having changed outcomes of local elections. Some sold their election fraud services in five elections. Some were election officials, poll workers, congressmen, political operatives, convicted felons, non-citizens. It is impossible with this known gamut to say it does not exist and is not a problem. It is simply a problem that some of those in power do not want to find nor address.
