What is Voter Fraud?

Election Justice Foundation is currently focused on these voter fraud matters :

  • Voter fraud (voting multiple times, voting as deceased, non-citizen voting)
  • Voter registration fraud (illegal ballot harvesting)
  • USPS interference of mail in ballots
  • Voter suppresion ( verifiable removing voting signs or harassment)
  • Election official crimes (illegal tallying or loss of votes)
  • Pay to vote schemes
  • Voting machine rigging or interference
  • Crimes by district attorneys, judges, mayor and governors offices
  • Elected officials above not upholding their oath to their office


 

Please read the "How Rewards Are Issued". There are no exceptions to the policy.

Terms and Conditions

  • Reward amount varies and is based on several factors :

    • Donations available
    • Size of the fraud, election level or number of people involved
    • Value of the tip to generate an indictment. (More info is more money.)
    • Number of tips to be paid out on this reported fraud
      • If your tip leads to indictment, you get 100% of that reward.
      • If we needed tips from multiple people to get indictment, reward is split.
    • Total amount to be paid out by EJF for all tips

  • Reward payment requires an indictment using this tip as evidence

  • You must provide us ability to reach and identify you to be eligible for payment
  • You may be required to meet with authorities and submit a sworn statement
  • Tips for 2024 elections are only eligible.
  • No exceptions.
